Website Reservation and Purchase Terms

Effective October 17, 2026, when this offer is published. These terms apply to new reservations placed under this offer. Existing reservations and completed toothbrush purchases retain the terms accepted when purchased. The physical-product terms apply to purchases made under this offer when regular sales open.

Who may reserve and purchase

Reservations, purchases and customer accounts on this website are for adults only. We do not offer child accounts or profiles. This offer covers delivery addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC.

What a US$0.99 reservation provides

Each successfully paid US$0.99 reservation provides a separate, unique, single-use US$40 coupon for one eligible standard Magic Electric Toothbrush kit at igrono.com checkout. The coupon is sent by email after successful payment. The reservation is not a physical toothbrush order. Its US$0.99 payment is separate and is not credited toward the final toothbrush price.

Adults may purchase multiple separate reservations. Each coupon applies to one toothbrush; multiple reservation coupons cannot be stacked on the same toothbrush. You may gift the coupon to another adult.

Using the coupon

The coupon becomes redeemable at igrono.com when the eligible toothbrush is available to buy. It has no fixed expiry. It cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions; the promised free shipping still applies.

A refund of the reservation payment cancels its associated unused coupon. This does not reverse a completed toothbrush purchase or change that purchase's accepted terms.

Price reveal and reservation window

The regular toothbrush price and the final price after applying the coupon will be revealed seven days before the actual launch. The launch date is not yet confirmed. Paid reservations close when regular toothbrush purchases open on igrono.com.

Reservation refunds

The US$0.99 reservation payment is nonrefundable for an ordinary change of mind, except in the following cases:

• You decline the revealed toothbrush price and request a refund during the seven days between price reveal and actual launch. This window applies to the request, not refund completion.
• You decline the Alaska or Hawaii shipping quote provided at the final toothbrush purchase.
• iGrono cancels the launch or cannot provide the promised coupon benefit.

Each reservation refund cancels its associated unused US$40 coupon. We submit approved refunds to the original payment method within five business days after approval; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping

The reservation itself has no physical shipment charge. The final toothbrush purchase includes free shipping to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Alaska and Hawaii shipping is quoted at the final toothbrush purchase. Shipping timing will be announced when confirmed.

Final toothbrush purchases

You may cancel a final toothbrush order if we can still stop dispatch. We then refund the product amount actually paid and any separately paid delivery charge for delivery not provided. If dispatch cannot be stopped, the return policy and your applicable rights remain available. Reservation payments follow their separate refund rules.

For eligible unopened, unused products, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days from delivery. Defects and incorrect deliveries are handled separately. Full return conditions and the one-year limited warranty for the main body and magnetic charging dock are in the Refund, Return and Warranty Policy.

When an approved defect remedy requires a refund for a component of the paid standard kit, we use that component's disclosed share of the actual kit price paid, with discounts allocated proportionally. The component allocation will be disclosed before the toothbrush purchase. An eligible full-kit refund remains the full product amount actually paid.
